Q. How much do you charge for arranging a mortgage in Hampshire and its surrounding areas?

A. We offer three options as each client is individual. We can take commission from the mortgage lender; or you can pay a fee or a combination of fee and commission.

Q. Do you offer self-certification mortgages?

A. Yes we do. If you are finding it difficult to confirm all forms of income eg, accounts aren't up-to-date, then this is something we can help with.
