The Financial Services Authority do not regulate some forms of mortgage.

Eden Financial Solutions Ltd is an appointed representative of Sesame Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

• Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
• Changes in the exchange rate may increase the sterling equivalent of your debt.
• For mortgages we can be paid by commission, or a fee of usually £1000.
• Commercial mortgages and foreign mortgages are not regulated by the FSA or arranged via Sesame.
